Brief
To deliver insightful and memorable internal communications for our client's HR function.
Solution
To adopt an appropriate tone to establish the theme of genuine collaboration & fun from the outset, through the use of film, open workshops, innovative Q&A and social events.
Result
Participants are highly engaged with the events and have fun as a team. Changes in the behaviour of employees were noted, which has led to increased efficiency within the organisation.

GRANT THORNTON INSPIRING BUSINESS
Brief
Grant Thornton were eager to reach out to the CEO and Managing Directors of their client base, to be seen as an innovative partner, offering a new insight in to business today.
Solution
We created a series of events under the ‘Inspiring Business’ banner where a select audience were invited to an exclusive fire-side chat with well known, celebrity speakers, expert in their field, to share insights and anecdotes followed by an informal drinks reception.
Result
Four very successful evenings were held with Professor Brian Cox, Jeremy Paxman, Sir Clive Woodward and Harper Reed. The programme has been commissioned for a second year.

THOMSON REUTERS ANNUAL SALES KICK-OFF
Brief
To create a dynamic and engaging environment for the 500 strong salesforce to meet and hear from the management team the goals and strategies for the coming year.
Solution
We created a vibrant 3 dimensional stage set, based upon the teams’ website, with a series of ‘punched out’ graphics and lightboxes. We turned the room through 90 degrees to enable as close contact as possible between the presenter and the audience.
Result
The attendees and management team hailed the event as one of their best ever and commented on how well the design approach matched their revised company brand.
